1. EXECUTE: Create struts project
2. EXECUTE: Switch to Web Projects View
3. EXECUTE: Expand the created project and show Modules Configuration Dialog by Popup
Menu on Configuration node, then press 'Cancel'
4. EXECUTE: Show Modules Configuration Dialog by Popup Menu on Configuration node again
5. ASSERT: There is no error message " Attribute Web Root for module <default>
must be set" see screen-shot1
