Another test case:
1) Open any jsp or xhtml file.
2) Open CSS properties view.
3) Close opened jsp or xhtml file.
Controls from Properies View are shown in CSS Properties

2) Open CSS Properties and Properies View
3) Choose any css class from CSS file and select it.
ASSERT: Properties view and CSS Properties should be shown like on screenshot-1

RESULT: Controls from properties view are shown in CSS Properties (screenshot-2)
