Steps to Reproduce:
EXECUTE: Create a Dynamic Web Project.
EXECUTE: Copy WebContent into WebContent2; in file
/.settings/org.eclipse.wst.common.component add line <wb-resource
deploy-path="/" source-path="/WebContent2"/>; and refresh project.
EXECUTE: create different beans.xml in WebContent/WEB-INF and WebContent2/WEB-INF; and
enable CDI support for the project.
ASSERT: CDI takes into account data from both beans.xml.
CDI model should scan all web content folders
