It can be fixed if we get rid of ant in installation and just start empty eclipse
application from installer using JavaRuntime.exec(). This empy eclipse application would
just exit right after it started and that would trigger configuration generation the same
way we have now, but without ant. I've tested that on .product file based build and it
works.
