This means that the source folder is not marked as source, project natures are not specified, and so on. Denny, if you have the .project and .classpath files locally in your workspace and there are no build errors (when I've tried to add them myself I end up with build issues where it can't find webdav). In addition. the MANIFEST.MF should be updated to change the "lazy loading" line to Bundle-ActivationPolicy: lazy
