The "Simple Web Service" wizard provides a way to handle the Bottom-up case in Chapter 3 as well as the WTP Web Service wizard. It does so more easily than the WTP wizard. You talk about that in Chapter 2. But we don't mention in Chapter 3 that you can use the "Simple Web Service" for the Bottom-up case if you provide your own annotated classes for the Class and/or Application Class fields.
