The UID/PWD dialog remembers the UID/PWD it last used, so I'm considering this fixed
for now.
We're not persisting information between sessions (i.e. close the workbench, open
again it's a blank slate) yet. That's a separate issue.

Trying to use WS Tester against a password protected url (such as deltacloudd) give me a
username/password dialog but the result never shows up.
Doing the request again also asks me again for username/password, no way to make it
persist it.
