1. Let's change Seam icons which we are using now in New CDI wizards to Weld ones.
See screenshot #1.
2. We should have more space between CDI wizard banner and borders of the wizard. See
screenshot #2.
3. New Interceptor, Decorator, beans.xml don't have a wizard banner at all.
