1) The new plugin is basically a fork of org.eclipse.bpel.apache.ode.runtime, which means
we don't want org.eclipse.bpel.apache.ode.runtime anymore.
2) org.jboss.tools.bpel.as.integration was a plugin meant to provide a temporary
"publisher" for BPEL projects to our server adapter. This is not necessary
anymore as the project structure is suitable to be consumed by the generic JSTPublisher in
AS Tools. (basically, the bpel project isn't 'weird' anymore and is a
standard wtp project)

Rob contribute a new module factories and virtualcomponent framework to WTP, if bpel
project would use this way, so we need to do some changes to implement it.
