Burr - yes, I believe your and my outline is exactly the same. The deployments folder
contains on startup broken stuff and the result in everything wihtin it incl. working
deployments to be rolled back.
I you could see the current deployed modules and their status and ask for
deploying/undeploy them individually from the server view you could fix it from there.
Do you have thoughts about some other approach or would that work for you ?
Starting the AS/EAP when it already has multiple projects deployed

When the server is started via "Run As on Server", and there were previous
projects deployed (both inside/outside of the IDE), they tend to all fail to start.
