Looks like a Juno on a slow PC. Juno has effects like this one when switching workspace
windows (maximize, minimize and so on) looks like windows transformation wasn't
finished upon Welcome Screen Window maximization.
Join to question on OS. And another one: what was installed into JBDS?

I saw similar problems several times, but I cannot always reproduce. It usually happens
