As it's designed these navigation link icons are to be changed and moved lower within
the page due to be placed at right of page header (which is to be added on each page).
See the internal page design developed in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DESIGN-147 issue
as reference.
In both cases (in the page we have at the moment and in the internal page template from
DESIGN-147) there is no space available to place the labels against navigation items.
The Root and StandBy pages have the navigation icons labeled.

Once you click on Getting started or any other of the items from the welcome screen, on
the next page there are buttons in the top-right corner. These buttons don't have any
text caption, so you have to guess what these buttons do. It would be nice to have a
title="" for each of them if that's possible.
