Dan Florian resolved JBIDE-7463.

Resolution: Done
The mimetype issue was resolved in MODE-989. There was also an i18n issue identified in
defect: key "serverManagerGetWorkspacesExceptionMsg" requires an argument that
is fixed with the check-in of PublishPage.
