made a commit to fix the issue of using mixed cased id's so it will be
"jbosstoolsscanner" instead. minor but much more readable and consistent with
other parts of tools and especially consistent with majority of the standalone.xml file
for name's.
Custom deploy folders should be added to AS7 setup like done for

startup/deregister at shutdown like was done via jmx in old days.
