I can see this being blocked by JBDS-4074 which is not resolved, yet this one is.
[~dgolovin] did you forget to resolve the issue, or is there something else to do?

Current version is bound to power shell execution to set PATH environment variable for
user.
On Mac OS X it also requires elevated privileges to setup PATH var through modification
of /etc/paths file
