I see that a new WS Tester usage tracking is mentioned in both PR for wsservices and usage
components ;) See the PR for JBIDE-18204 -

Xavier's one is more detailed. But we have always put all usage news under the usage
category in N&N. So maybe it's better to move this PR to the Usage and use it
instead of mine.
