If this really is an issue we should do it in 3.0.1 too - the broken JBoss WTP servers are
*not* supposed to be there.
Add new server runtime lists additional servers.

EXECUTE: Open Preferences > Server > Installed Runtimes. Press Add.
Look at screenshot. Duplicated servers appears in list.
