from a local build where I manually hacked up the discovery plugins to point to my
http://localhost instance, I couldn't get this to work. The property IS installed into
Eclipse, but it doesn't seem to work. Appears that it's ignored by the JBT Central
code... maybe only the JBDS Central code is looking for the property to be read?
