After some discussion via e-mail, perhaps it would be best to go with
"Repositories" as we did with Guvnor/BRMS? A "Repository" seems like a
better fit term-wise than server in this case.
So it would become the "ModeShape Repositories" view...

The ModeShape Servers view provides one more overloaded use of the word
"Server". Perhaps do what was done for the Teiid Designer's server view and
simply call it "ModeShape"?
