NullPointerException on trying to use context menu on empty place in xhtml VPE
Steps:
1. EXECUTE: Create JSF 1.2 KickStart project with facelets
2. EXECUTE: open common.xhtml template
3. EXECUTE: select in source <html> tag
4. ASSERT: html area highlighted in VPE
5. EXECUTE: right-click under highlighted area in VPE
6. FAILURE: error appears
