Reason this happened:
.target file contains WTP feature which includes the plugin on which you depend, but the
mirror I have contains 1.0.0, not 1.0.1
So I can either update the mirror, and update the .target file w/ the latest versions of
all the WTP features/plugins needed...
...or just downlevel the MANIFEST.MF for your plugin so it depends on 1.0.0 instead of
1.0.1.
I've done the latter since it's like 4 keystrokes and 30 seconds instead of an
hour or two's work.
