tested on windows vista and privilege lifting is not working for me. It looks like it
works only for windows 7. It means on all other Windows installer fails to update registry
to register JBDS installation in Installed Programs. I'm going to leave support for
privilege lifting and registry only for windows 7.
Update is disabled for all feautures under Windows 7 if JBDS is
installed into "Program FIles" folder
