Property change events from IDataModel instance should be processed with property name
'IFacetDataModelProperties.FACET_VERSION_STR' and update Seam Runtime selection
list.
Seam Runtime Manager should return default Runtime by Seam Version number.
Seam wizard page should update the runtime list according to which
installed facet version is chosen

previously the runtime combo box only listed Seam 1.2 runtimes; now it list all (both 1.2
and 2.0)
I couldn't find an (easy) way with the custom fieldeditors and facet notfication
mechanism that would make this combobox only show relevant runtimes.
Could you look into that denis ?
