I've fixed these and more.
Click new runtime - select "Deploy only runtime"
1) why does the "create server" option go away ?
The deploy only
runtime had no server that required it.
2) click ok - and it is not selectable in the web project wizard?!
The facets where not defined nor bridged.
Click new server - select "System copy server"
1) what is the relationship betwen the runtime and server here? they have a different
name, but same purpose or ?
Name fixed + they now work like our other servers.
2) I click ok and continues and after a while I get an NPE (see
attached)
XPathModel were trying to do the unposible thinking DeployServer is an
JBossServer.
3) When deploying to the deploy only server the old bug of publishing WTP non-nested were
still around.
Had to copy code from jbosserverdeployer to deployableserver. Should make that code shared
in future revs.
