Steps to Reproduce:
# EXEC: push *"Connect to OpenShift"* in OpenShift Explorer
# EXEC: in the upcoming connection dialog: uncheck "Use default server" and
enter a valid server (that's different from the default)
# ASSERT: make sure you have a valid username provided
# EXEC: provide a valid password
# EXEC: hit *Finish*
Result:
The dialog wont close, it'll still be there but the server is empty:

The new connection was created and shows up in the OpenShift Explorer
Expected result:
The dialog should get closed.
