This is done using Linux based applications such as xsltproc and a make based build system. Work is currently underway to also allow Maven2 based builds. 2) JBoss.org projects such as JBoss Tools are styled using XSLT, CSS and images created by the JBoss.org content team (of which I am the lead) and the JBoss.org Visual Design team. The JBoss.org XSLT, CSS and images are modified versions of the ones used by the Red Hat content team.
