TP.
(However, if the default is to use unified.target, won't this fail because the lookup
will only point at the TP site, which does NOT include the feature.source files?)

Some Eclipse plugins doesn't have their sources.
I noticed that WST and PDE plugins miss the source. Probably other plugins miss their
sources too.
