This is a known Elipse bug, Bug 309455, in the DeferredContentProvider that has not been
fixed. I tested in Eclipse 3.6M2 and it still was not fixed. Our ModelObjectListDialog
uses the DeferredContentProvider based on a parameter passed in at construction time.
I've changed the flag so not to use this content provider and the blank items go away
but the dialog take a bit longer to display since the items are no all fetched at the
beginning.
Teiid -> Model editor -> Properties View -> Select value
