One of most long operations - is the retrieval of Java docs. In the first version, it was
done for all proposals at the time of computing the proposal list. Now, I have changed
that to lazy loading.
Alexey, please check if it helps in your environment.

2. Open seam-beans.xml
3. Ctrl+Space in any place within the root element body. It takes too long to open a
proposal list.
