Hi [~koen.aers], yes I think this is a problem in Dali.
I have removed all eclipse plugins that might cause a problem JBDS as I was getting rather
frustrated by this problem.
But I'll download a fresh install and see if I can reproduce a workspace for you.

This issue has gone on for years. Just do a google and you will find lots of people
complaining about this.
Its not exclusively a problem of JBDS / Jboss tools, but these IDEs do include plugins
which have had this issue for years.
