reopening to clarify - when did this start happening ? i.e. was it the tools test causing
it or some change in EAP ?

1. Create new Seam Web Project (I tried WAR deployment type) for Seam 1.2.1GA
2. Open components.xml
3. Do any change there. Ctrl+S.
4. There are two error markers in first position.
