One of the commits to JBIDE-1954 fixed this bug.
The publisher used was incorrect for a single file. It was still using the JSTPublisher
because of the order of the if statements.
Cannot deploy several files to server at the same time.

EXECUTE: Select two files using Ctrl button (Screenshot attached)
EXECUTE: Right mouse click on selected files and choose Deploy To Server
