Marking as blocker since if these are not picked up then:
A) new workspaces will no longer get the servers that been configured.
B) it indicates a change/regression in the installer or JBDS it self that can be tricky to
restore/fix in an update
C) it might indicate problems in the runtime detection - i.e. missing detectors or
similar.
Servers, chosen in JBDS Installer Wizard, don't appear in JBDS.

When choose some runtimes in JBDS Installer Wizard, these runtimes are not included in
JBDS. It means no servers in Server View and no runtimes in Runtime Environment (Window
-> Preferences -> Server -> Runtime Environment) except of EAP which is bundled
with JBDS 4.1.1 M2.
