Yahor Radtsevich commented on JBIDE-9282:
-----------------------------------------
The default value of an EL expression is this expression itself. This allows the user to
see which EL expressions are resolved and which are not. Thus, in my view, the default
behavior is absolutely correct.
Default behavior for EL expresions incorrect

Key: JBIDE-9282
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-9282
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Visual Page Editor core
Affects Versions: 3.3.0.M1
Reporter: Maxim Areshkau
Assignee: Yahor Radtsevich
Fix For: 3.3.x
Attachments: browser-view.png, Vpe-el-view.png
When on page used some el expresion and doesn't provided any value for it, it just
skipped by rendering engine. VPE shows that el expression as el expression.
So the correct behavior is skip uninitialized el expressions, if 'Show bundle
messages as el expression not pressed'
