Wee need to be sure xulrunner.initilazer is installed during installation of features
required vpe. Now xulrunner.initializer included only in xulrunner feature which is not
installed by default to let installing richfaces feature even on unsupported platforms
VPE JUnits do not run on Hudson with XULRunner 1.9.2.16

Last time when we tried to run VPE JUnits with XULRunner 1.9.2 on Hudson (almost a year
ago), they did not work. Now we need to check if this issue persists with new XULRunner
1.9.2.16 and Eclipse 3.7.
