See https://bugs.eclipse.org/272378 . It affects VPE Templates (some tags are shown incorrectly and JUnits failed). At least it appears for h:selectOneListbox template and org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jsf.test.jbide.JsfJbide1501Test JUnit test.
