The central webpage is supposed to display the fuse examples if the fuse plugin is
available:

Maybe the logic is flawed here.

Fuse project starter is available in Central only if we check EarlyAccess. Moreover, if
you close and reopen the RedHat Central then the project starter dissappears. You have to
uncheck and check the EA again.
