bad UI to change stuff based on UI IMO - it was called "Explore" before. We can
bring that back ? or "Browse deployment" ?
p.s. the word Browse is used on almost every dialog with a button to browse for a file so
Browser can't be considered "internet" IMO

I would really love an "Open With" menu on the Servers tab - something that
would allow me to open the internal Eclipse browser, mobile browsersim or my desktop
browser with the appropriate server/app name (e.g. http://localhost:8080/poh5-web)
