do not forget to select option to generate shortcut in menu for all users or it going to
be visible only for root.

But I have seen this behavior on old Fedora 11 and JBDS 3.something, too.

When I start JBDS for the first time after installation, then splashscreen is JBDS. But
on second and all next starts, the splashscreen is Eclipse.
