This issue could be solved in the following way:
- move the JBoss Central actions from the editor's main toolbar to the Eclipse main
toolbar (those actions would be visible only when the JBoss Central editor is active)
- move the Search Control up to the main editor toolbar - if this control is the only
control in the main editor toolbar, it will be shown correctly

JBoss Central's Search defaults to "Red Hat Customer"
And since it is on its own line, it takes up valuable real-estate vertically. The icons
on the far right are less important than reclaiming this real-estate.
