In our case we don't need those schemas at all. In XHTML Validator we're doing
rather a syntax validation (that each opening tag has it's pair closing tag, all the
quotes are paired in attribute values and so on), than validation by schema.
WTP has informed om this problem. Because not only XHTML Validation performance is damaged
because of w3c servers slowdown, but many views (like Outline) and other features were
damaged in WTP itself.

Right now it is almost impossible to create seam 2 project. Validation of XHTML templates
takes too long (about 1-3minutes per 1 template)
