In my environment the issue is reproducible when the VPE editor shows Source page
automatically at start. In this case when you point text cursor at some tag and press
Right Mouse Button you'll see the exceptions like those in the attached log.
And these exceptions will occure each time you try to show the context menu by right mouse
clicking.
If you'll switch the editor to "Visual/Source" tab the context menu will
become tho be generated properly

2. Open jsp or xhtml file, visual part shouldn't be opened, just in source tab.
