Removal in the usecase of an exploded war should work. Still missing is the removal of the
marker file where the project is packed (found the class but it's far from obvious how
to achieve the same thing here).

When a deployment from JBoss Tools to AS 7 fails, a .faileddeployment file is written.
When the app is redeployed, the .faileddeployment file is not erased, so it doesn't
deploy.
