resolved in 4.0.x branch.
soft links are added for linux and macosx in installation root folder. jbdevstudio.bat is
added for windows.

as discussed in JBDS-1382 it would make sense to have a jbdevstudio.sh/jbdevstudio.bat in
the root installation
to the proper launch.
might have to be OS specific for linux/osx...need to validate.
