I have reviewed this issue. I think we should revert modification which have been done in
scope of JBIDE-6107 for 3.1.1 and move JBIDE-6107 to 3.2. Because for now selection have
deeply affect all vpe and there none junit test for ui-events.
So we can't fix it now, without deep testing.

1) Open a file in VPE
2) click on a text in visual part of VPE
3) start typing - nothing happens
