Nightly builds of developing docs currently uses
'jbosstools-documentation/guides' dir as the source of build info and docs
locations.
1) New docs are in 'jbosstools-documentation/docs' dir so nightly build config
needs updating.
2) Should also create new dir to hold build source info (pom.xml, master.xml). Creating
from scratch will ensure bare minimum of information during transitioning.
