Looks like the original source was EPL by IBM or Innoopract, then it got updated to add
JBoss as a contributor. At the same time, the LGPL license terms were added.

Seems some files got a mixed of headers -
My current assumption is they are actually LGPL need to look in revision history
when/where it occurred to be 100% sure.
