The reference to jta.jar is only in IDE project files. For our case it is referenced in
.classpath file for generated seam-gen project AFAIK.
Seam 2.2 in EAP has got duplicated JTA API in 2 jars

Seam 2.2 in EAP 5.1 has got duplicate JTA API in jboss-transaction-api.jar and jta.jar.
Be prepare that in next release EAP Seam will have only jboss-transaction-api.jar in
distribution.
