This only shows up after a restart on a clean/newly installed RHEL 5.4 instance.

When going through the installer on a clean RHEL 5.4 system, the Programming Tools
Listing under the Applications in the main menu bar does not show up until a reboot. Once
it has been installed at least once, this does not seem to be a problem
