timeout related code was overhauled in big parts, client lib and tooling. I now have a
timeout per operation:
* 2 mins for app creation
* 2 mins for waiting for app to become ready
* 1 min to embed the cartridges.

Since using the new RESTful service the tooling now gets read timeouts when embedding
cartridges / creating applications quite often. We need to handle this case well.
